	The above is a plant of ORTICA (Urtica Dioica). This plant, when touched with bare hands or any part of the bottom burns like hell. However, the same is used all over Europe and South America for many beneficial effects in human health including alleviating arthritis, fatigue, distortions, among many others. People in Italy make raviolis with the tender leaves (my wife and I ate some that was cooked like spinach, it was delicious) I have been feeding the greens as well as the seeding heads to the Canaries and other seed eating birds.
